• Contact your patient to schedule their appointment
• Prioritise urgent scans, with same-day or next-day appointments where possible
• Carry out the required imaging
• Provide urgent reports within 24 hours
• Communicate directly with the insurer on your behalf
• Simply send through the referral—our team will handle the rest.

For Patients

To get started, please have the following information available so we can seek approval from your insurer:

• A referral form from your doctor
• Your claim number (if you have one)
• Insurance company details
• The date of your injury

Once written approval is received, there are no out-of-pocket expenses for your imaging.
