Accessing your images and results is convenient with our Patient Portal, while maintaining a high level of security. This secure portal allows you to view and download your medical images and results at any time, and you can use just about any device to view and share your images and results.
Your images will generally be made available on the same day as your imaging, with your report made available around two weeks after your appointment.

Who creates my account?
Our reception team at the clinic you attend facilitate the creation of patient portal accounts. You will then receive by email the URL to the Patent Portal and activation code.
Follow the instructions indicated in the email you received from the clinic. Go to the Patient Portal URL. Type your activation code. Create a username and password. Log in to the Patient Portal.
Follow the instructions on the login screen under “Forgot Password?”
You will receive your username and password in the password recovery email.
If you cannot remember your password, click Forgot My Password link on the Home page. Follow the steps. You will receive an email with a temporary password that you can use to log in and reset your password.
To delete your account, you must contact your medical clinic. .
How can I update my personal information?
Please contact our clinic should you need to update your personal information.
Your reports are in My Exam History. Click an exam to see the corresponding reports and images.
No, but you can copy and paste the report or print it from the browser.
I already had my exam. Why can’t I see my report?
Your report is available 7 days hours after your exam is finalised.
Your images are in My Exam History. When you click an exam, you have access to reports and the corresponding images. Images are presented as thumbnails that you can click to increase the size of the image. You can also pan and zoom images.
Yes. In the Image Viewer, click the Download button.
What actions can I perform on an image?
You can pan and zoom images. You can also swipe right or left to see the next or previous image within the same exam, if applicable. On mobile devices, you can pinch the image.
