Installing InteleViewer

To download InteleViewer go to

You will be redirected to a web page where you will be able to download and execute the InteleViewer Installer.

If you are installing InteleViewer on a Windows PC, you will first need to determine if your computer is running a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows. You can find instructions on how to do this on the Microsoft Windows website: you are installing windows on a Mac then you will need to download the Mac OS X Installer. Once installed run the installer executable file and follow all prompts to Install InteleViewer.

When the installation is complete open the application and when prompted add the following details as your bookmark:

Once you have received your login details you will be able to log into InteleViewer using your username and password.

Once an InteleConnect and InteleViewer account has been set up this will allow you to view patient imaging and previous reports online if the patient has attended Lakes Radiology.

To access this service, go to and log in with the following account details:
Username:      xxxxx
Password:        xxxxxx
Once logged in, you can view any patient’s medical imaging history by entering their surname into the “[Patient Name]” Search Box in the top left corner.

Select the study you wish to view by clicking on an item on the list. The associated report should be displayed alongside the relevant imaging. If it does not, please select “[View PDF…].”

If you would like to add Lakes Radiology as a site within a new or existing InteleViewer program, please refer to the attachment and login using the above account details.
